Air force BMT Grad certificate question?

I can't find mine, and it's pissing me off. Is there a way to re-order a copy? Anyway, I'm not going into detail why I need this, but on the Cert. it shows all of the things you were trained for in Basic Training. Anybody care to jot all of those down? Whatever it says on that cert, just copy it onto here for me?
