How do I get my hair like all the other girls ?!?

I see girls with straight hair , and since I dont believe in straightneres I iron my hair but I think I should iron my underwears afterwards cus when I iron my hair it smells like caca and ugly . And when.i.see girls with curly hair , since I dont believe in curlers either I just wrap my hair around a whisk but heuvo gets stuck inmy hair , how come all the girls get to have nice hair and I cant ?!?!?!?!?!?!? < I really want an answer for that last question !!
