Is there any sort of digital dictation device that converts voice into text files?

Sometimes I have writing ideas I want to jot down while driving... I'm looking for a portable dictation device that coverts speech into text along with the audio recording. I know I can easily find hand-held digital recording devices and I know about the "Dragon" voice to text translation program, but has anyone combined these functions yet into an easily portable device?
