Would you date your coworker?

I work in a restaurant and I have been dating this girl since November of last year. She is a host and I am a server so technically we work together but we're not allowed to really converse with each other. So far the relationship has worked out fine, we both try our best not to get involved in restaurant drama because the majority of the people that work there are females. WOMEN LOVE DRAMA. Just recently she jot a promotion and she is a server now; i picked up a shift with her and things do not go as smooth. She was talking to the other guy servers and she was taking the intiative to hold a conversation with the host (which is a gay guy). Which really ticked me off. She told me she was afraid to talk to me because she looks up to me. Would you date your coworker if the circumstances were the same?
